Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. Her most famous role is Skyler White in her role on the AMC series Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and in 2014 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. She also appeared in Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. She fell in love performing in Preparatory School prior to moving to Ohio with her family in mid-70s. She went to Northwestern University to study theatre and also attended the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the Chicago theatre for a number of years before taking on film and television roles. Anna's first major role was Arden on Down the Shore. She was in 29 episodes. Following her appearance as a Guest Star in several TV Shows and films, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue during the 90's, she was cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. In the mid 2000's she was given the role of Deadwood in the role of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler played the character in Breaking Bad. Sully and Deadwood was also a part of her acting career. Gunn is also a part of the scene in David Swimmer's production Sex With Strangers. In addition, she was a part of Numbered Day, which is a podcast comprised of four audio dramas. The romance that exists between Walter White and his wife Skyler is usually the main focus of the plot that is told in Breaking Bad with the strained pull on their relationship and eventually its demise similar to the arc that was Walter White's last years of his life.
